Will be responsible for project delivery including presentations to owners and agencies, developing innovative design solutions and Revit details for staff, reviewing the documents, and the coordination and integration of advanced mechanical and structural systems, quality control, budget adherence, and staff mentoring. Their project list includes: Hi-rise Residential, Hospitality, Universities, Mixed-use, and Residential Interiors. Bachelor of Architecture required, Masters of Architecture preferred, 15+ years experience and good software skills.
    • Highly credentialed Architectural firm is in need of a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER for a studio that needs a team leader to supervise the staff for the production of new ground up Mixed Use, Hotel and Retail Center Projects. This Architect must have strong technical experience as well as significant design sensitivity, and be accustomed to preparing fee proposals, budgets and schedules, as well as being proficient with codes and working with NYC Owners and Developers. This is a great opportunity for a Licensed Architect who is seeking a good connection and has 15+ years experience.
    • PRINCIPAL LEVEL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN DIRECTOR to lead the design team of a large, cultural studio for a multi-disciplined award winning firm. Must be experienced in base buildings for Higher Education, Museums and Theaters. Portfolio should demonstrate good graphic and sketching skills, demonstrating how you conceptualize the design, also skilled in developing the design development phase and complex details. Will be responsible for leading and managing the work of the team. Adapt in understanding the clients' requirements, and identifying unique solutions through careful resolutions of zoning and site restrictions. Credentials should include Degree, License, and 15+ years NYC experience. This is a new position which offers a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate.
